I first met my clients Mike and Kathy three years ago when they were in the very beginning stages of planning to move. Mike was looking forward to retirement and Kathy was ready to downsize - their three kids that they raised in that home and moved out and started building lives of their own. They both really loved the house on Laurendale, it had served them well, but they knew it was too big for the two of them. When we first met I gave them honest feedback on some small cosmetic changes they could make that would help them maximize their sale. We kept in contact and three years later when Mike knew retirement was looming we met again and being the amazing clients that they are - they took EVERY single suggestion I made to heart and put in the work to make their house ready for sale.

With the market being so hot I knew that we had to nail the list price, marketing, and negotiations to help them sell their house for the most amount of money. Kathy and Mike put in so much work and I helped them kick it up a notch with staging, a professional clean right before listing, and some beautiful, high-res photos to showcase the homes beauty. We did a full marketing blitz the day the house first came up for sale and the showings were back-to-back all weekend.

They ended up receiving 5 incredible offers and accepted one from a family who they knew would love the house as much as they did. Everyone's hard work paid off and they could focus on the next chapter of their lives. They were excited and anxious to begin the hunt for their next home!
