Nothing Wrong Here, Just Ready for a Change

I first met Martha through our good friends (and clients of mine) and she was a FIRE CRACKER from the start! I can honestly say I loved Martha from the second I met her and I was going to do everything I could to make sure her needs were met - and more. She lived in a beautiful 2 bed, 2 full bath condo in Glancaster Village. She had taken excellent care of her home and done many upgrades, and seemed super happy! So I was a little confused why she wanted to sell and she gave me the simple and satisfactory answer "Nothing wrong here, just ready for change" and so we began! She had great style already but I came in and did "my thing".. I helped her drastically empty the space, brought in a couple colourful pieces, had gorgeous pictures and a 3D tour taken, a professional clean, and put $$ into marketing so it could be sold quick and for top dollar. I didn't want this to be a drawn out process for her as we sold in the middle of the pandemic. That cute little condo was on the market for 3 days, received 3 firm offers, all above asking. She chose the one that was the best fit. She nearly fell off her chair when she saw the sold price and in an instant understood why I did so much fussing over the condo to prepare for sale. Congratulations Martha, onward!
