A Country Property just minutes from the City

Helping these clients was very special to me - they are great friends of our family. This young couple made a smart investment years ago in a town house by the Grimsby Beach and it's value has skyrocketed since they purchased it. That gave them the opportunity to search for the house of their dreams as they prepare for their wedding and think about starting a family. Finding a house that was a perfect fit wasn't going to be easy but I was up for the task. It had to be 1. Completely finished inside 2. Be sitting on a good chunk of land 3. Be a short drive to the City for work and 4. Have a separate in-law suite for Nanny! After a month or two of seeing a couple houses and waiting patiently this house came up! They secured it for an amazing price considering it's pristine condition and huge lot size. This deal had a lot of working parts involved but it felt easy and fun to do because of the people I got to work with. Congratulations love birds.
